if you want to join this universe (reading manga) this will help for you. just try to read it and enjoy
Imo, the story has a great concept and captures it very well. The world of motorcycle gangs (if ı'm not wrong, its called Bosozoku in Japanese) is realy interesting (fun fact: the mangaka Ken Wakui, was a member of motorcycle gang at his young age). However, Even though the manga had a strong opening, it begins to feel repetitive by the final arc. Almost every arc ends in much the same way. Also, character designs are repetitive. If you look carefully, you can see all faces are same the only difference just hairs. Even though all the faces look the same, the clothing designs are stunning. It’s probably been about five years since I read the manga—I might be wrong, as I used to follow it as it was published. But I was thinking the same things back then too. What are your thoughts?

Hey everyone I'm KXCVBVR, the founder of BVR. For my very first panel, I had to write about Tokyo Ghoul. It's the manga that made me a manga reader my very first one and it still holds a special place in my heart. I built BVR to be a home for every manga reader out there. Thank you for being here early and giving it a try. I hope you come to love it as much as I love this hobby. And if you haven't read Tokyo Ghoul yet, you have a wonderful journey ahead of you. It's a manga that can give you a different worldview on human nature, coexistence, and the choices people make in life. The characters are deeply developed, and it can make you feel so many different emotions at once. It truly is a wonderful manga. Thank you again. <3
