Terms of Service

Welcome to BVR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BVR ("BVR", "we", "us") and govern your use of the website at https://bvrmanga.comand its features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BVR.

1. Who can use BVR

You must be at least 13 years old to use BVR. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in to BVR using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You may not impersonate others or create an account on someone else's behalf without permission.

3. Your content

"Your content" means the reviews, ratings, lists, tracking data, profile details, and community posts ("Panels") you create on BVR.

You own your content. We do not claim ownership of it. However, so that the Service can actually display and operate, you grant BVR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content within the Service (for example, showing your reviews on a manga page or your lists on your public profile). This license exists only to run and promote the Service and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already shared or copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Acceptable use

When using BVR, you agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
  • Post sexually explicit content involving minors, or other illegal material.
  • Spam, scrape, or disrupt the Service or other users' experience.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules.

5. Manga data from third parties

Manga information shown on BVR — such as titles, cover images, descriptions, authors, and related details — is provided by the public AniList API and other third-party sources. We do not own this material, and we cannot guarantee it is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Rights in that material belong to their respective owners.

6. Service "as is"

BVR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will always be available. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVR and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to BVR or these Terms will be subject to the courts located in Türkiye.

9. Termination

You may stop using BVR at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing keremgnr20@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. When an account is terminated, related content may be removed, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to notify users (for example, a notice on the site). By continuing to use BVR after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
